Terms and Conditions

Confidentiality: By participating, you agree to treat information presented by group members as confidential and not to disclose it to third parties. 

Cancellation policy: If you cancel your registration more than 90 days before the retreat, you will receive a 100% refund, less a €100 processing fee. If you cancel more than 30 days before the retreat, you will receive a 50% refund, less a €100 processing fee. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days before the retreat. In all cases, we will try to find a replacement; If successful, we may provide a goodwill refund at our sole discretion. 

Participate at Your Own Risk: Seeing with Your Heart, the organizers and providers offer experiential process work, teaching, mentoring, and coaching related to personal and professional development. These services do not constitute medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. They are not intended to prevent, diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions or to replace medical or psychotherapeutic therapy. You agree to receive these services at your own risk. 

By attending, you expressly agree to hold Seeing with Your Heart, the organizers, and providers for this retreat harmless from all liability or any claim for any shortcomings, adverse effects, injuries, damages, or harm of any kind that may arise out of your participation.

Privacy Policy
We collect your name, contact details, billing information, and information you choose to share to deliver services, process payments through Stripe, communicate with you, and operate our programs. We use Google Analytics for site performance tracking.
