Service In Action

January 19, 2026, 10:00 - 11:15 AM Eastern, Zoom Gathering

What does love feel like when it lives in the body, breath and spirit?

Tapping into the words, heartfelt ideas and compassionate spirit of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, this free Zoom workshop is a living exploration of service in action as we begin a new year and a new season of possibility. At the heart of this gathering is Dr. King’s reminder that service is not reserved for the polished, the powerful, or the prepared, but belongs to anyone willing to lead with love.

“Everybody can be great… because anybody can serve. You don't have to have a college degree to serve. You don’t have to make your subject and verb agree to serve. You only need a heart full of grace. A soul generated by love.” - Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

This gathering invites us to align our inner convictions with our outer lives as we integrate and carry forward our New Year intentions.

This collaborative movement and creativity portal will tap into your own service in action, your compassionate heart, and your freedom to actualize your dreams and the dreams of your community through love.

Come explore how a heart full of grace

is a service anyone can provide, to everyone.

5Rhythms® Alchemical Movement Meditation with Jenny Fahy (10:00 - 10:45 AM Eastern)

Jenny will lead us through an embodied movement experience using sound, rhythm, and sensation as pathways to reconnect body, breath, and spirit to the beat. This is an invitation to listen to the intelligence of the body, follow the unfolding of love from the inside out, and open to grace through motion. Through simple movements that arise from the body, we allow soulful expression to emerge as past, present, and future move through us.This practice invites freedom and love through rhythm and presence.

Accessible to all regardless of age, gender, ability, or dance background, this practice helps you trust your body, follow your feet, and move deeper into the heart of life.

Emily Blefeld & Marie Nazon offer a Creative Portal for Embodied Service (10:45 - 11:15 AM Eastern)

Following our time in movement, Emily Blefeld and Marie Nazon guide a reflective creative practice grounded in systemic awareness and embodied freedom, creating space for your inner creator, the part of you that weaves vision into form, to align with service as a lived expression of the heart.

Through guided reflection, writing, and creative sensing, words and images arise organically, supporting a deeper recognition of your heart’s true nature and its capacity to live its intentions through love in action, while clarifying how your presence, choices, and way of being contribute to the wellbeing of the individuals, families, and communities you touch.

Come together in a community of weaving with intention, gathering in the liminal, and collaboration to uplift the collective.

The Facilitators

Emily Blefeld, LICSW, is an internationally recognized Systemic Family Constellations trainer, facilitator, and psychotherapist. With more than two decades of experience, she specializes in supporting change-makers, healers, and entrepreneurs to dismantle outdated paradigms, narratives, and ancient codes that limit their growth. Known for her extraordinary intuitive gifts and ability to commune with the ancestral realm, Emily skillfully attunes to the subtle dimensions of consciousness to help individuals release intergenerational trauma and live with greater authenticity, express their love more fully, and align with their life’s purpose.

Emily’s professional approach integrates psychotherapy, coaching, and mentoring with advanced methods in Systemic Family Constellations, Core Energetics, Compassionate Spirit Release, and Women’s Mystery Traditions. She holds a Master’s of Social Work from the University of Minnesota and is certified in a range of therapeutic modalities that support holistic healing and transformation. Emily has presented at premier institutions including the Omega Institute, Kripalu, and the North American Systemic Constellations Conference, and served on the faculty of the North American Constellation Intensive. In addition to her private practice, she leads trainings and workshops across the U.S. and internationally in countries including Ireland, Scotland, Norway, Sweden, Hungary, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, Brazil, Bali, Germany, and Africa.

When she’s not guiding clients or leading workshops, Emily walks the ocean shore of Aquinnah, where she resides—gathering inspiration from the tides and the whispers of the land. She receives nourishment from ritual, gratitude, and the simple act of greeting each new day with movement under the rising sun, offering thanks for the unseen worlds that shape her path. Rooted in reverence and alive with boundless energy, Emily is frequently found in heartfelt gatherings with friends and family or joyfully supporting the creative visions of others. A natural night owl, Emily does some of her most inspired work under moonlight, when the veils are thin and her love of the liminal hums with possibility. Whether guiding a constellation or shaping magazine cuttings into soulful vision, Emily brings deep presence, mythic insight, and wild reverence for the mystery that connects us all. Her artistry bridges healing and imagination, inviting others to join her in the sacred dance between worlds. Learn more about Emily at seeingwithyourheart.com
