It will include timing details, information to choose your meal preferences, understand lodging options, and seed your sacred intention for this retreat.

Because Salt Spring Island is a small and highly sought-after destination, accommodations are significantly more available earlier than later. Registering early gives you the widest range of lodging options and the greatest ease in securing a place that truly supports your retreat experience.

Terms and Conditions

Confidentiality: By participating, you agree to treat information presented by group members as confidential and not to disclose it to third parties. 

Cancellation policy: If you cancel your registration more than 90 days before the retreat, you will receive a 100% refund, less a $50 processing fee. If you cancel between 30-90 days before the retreat, you will receive a 50% refund, less a $50 processing fee. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days before the retreat. In all cases, we will try to find a replacement; If successful, we may provide a goodwill refund at our sole discretion.

Participate at Your Own Risk: Seeing with Your Heart, their employees, the organizers and providers offer experiential process work, teaching, mentoring, and coaching related to personal and professional development. These services do not constitute medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. They are not intended to prevent, diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition or to replace medical or psychotherapeutic therapy. You agree to receive these services at your own risk.  

By attending, you expressly agree to hold Seeing with Your Heart, their employees, the organizers, and providers for this retreat harmless from all liability or any claim for shortcomings, adverse effects, injuries, damages, or harm of any kind that may arise out of your participation.
